Hullo Alice, I am enjoying your take on your pets with these Acrylics. I am curious as to why you did not prepare your surface? or Did you use a clear gesso? I have used wood panels and the wood grain always comes through! I know some people like the effect, but I have always thought of it as a mistake? I know acrylics do form a plastic seal, but I have had more than one painting just peal off! I really liked the flowers and how loose you did them. Your Kitty looks lovely as well. Thanks for continuing to show us different techniques, I am hopeful you can respond to the no seal on your surface? Please take care and Have a lovely Day!
