In this week's episode we sat down with Professor Brian Cox, an English physicist, who explained to us what would happen in you jump in the black hole, which is his favourite planet in the universe and how the Earth will be destroyed (don't worry, this should happen in about 5 billion years).

If this video of Brian Cox was three hours long, I would cancel my plans, go to bed late and genuinely put everything on hold and intensively listen to him for every second and go to bed feeling like a more complete human being.

I doubt Brian Cox will ever read this, but thank you for sharing this vast amount of knowledge and perspective on Earth and the human existence.
  • As i get older i find that videos like these are more entertaining than video games. Knowledge truly is power

This guy is brilliant - he doesn't use drama to emphasise his points - he simply explains the fact in a very comprehensive way. The universe is just unimaginably fantastic and Brian Cox manages to explain it with his rhetorical skills
  • He explains very abstract concepts in a simple manner. If only all teachers were like him, the world would be a better place. His enthusiasm is contagious.

Any lecture by Brian Cox is a must. He is gentle, clear and precise in his voice and expression. He doesn’t try to impress which makes him a true academic.

The fact that this guy talks so simple, so casual about topics that would blow a mind... is amazing

The reason I like find this man so fascinating is he’s got the rare combo of being a fantastic scientific thinker, who actually has the gift of philosophizing.
  • It makes you wonder why we get stressed out with work and life in general. It is a miracle that we exist and we should remember that more. The man is a living legend!!
  • I love how passionate he is about the universe. You see his eyes light up the entire conversation. It's very sweet actually ❤️
  • He's such a great communicator. I could listen all day. More please!

Even at the big bang they were experiencing terrible inflation. Good to know we're not alone.

There is something to be said about incredibly intelligent folk, taking the time to explain incredibly detailed and complicated matter in layman's terms for us plebs. Always a treat listening to Professor Cox!
  • I could listen to professor Cox for hours. The whole subject of the universe is so interesting and the way that Brian Cox explains in such a calm and sort of straightforward way is brilliant.

You guys don't understand how much I love watching videos of Brian Cox. He is just so amazing at explaining everything!
  • @Galaxy-lh3zl
Been to two of Brian's shows and must say he is the best person at explaining complex ideas I have ever encountered. Almost impossible not to understand and I can sit and listen to him for hours.

Apart from getting to listen to such an interesting information, his voice is also very soothing. This man was born to be a great lecturer.

To be so intelligent, to be able to comprehend things bigger than your imagination will allow. It’s absolutely mind blowing, I could listen to this man all day long, and still be amazed.
