You see ivara is at least top tier for a few reasons. Stealth melee turns all melee into headshots making actual headahots even better. Redeemer prime with a good riven will hit multiple millions and this hasnt even been tested at high levels yet. Also high duration cloak arrow can give the same buffs to allys melee including exalted melee like excal and baruuk. Now the best reason of all. You can fish while stealthed for about 10 to 15 minutes uninterrupted. But lets not forget her shotgun stealthed exalt too. Also can run on dashwires without breaking stealth so for defense missions you can do a proper setup in an open map and have great mobility while also being elevated to land headshots even easier.
