Clearly this company can’t deliver utility services! Can we get our state officials to deliver accountability?!
  • @AL-zk1yw
I can't take spending another day in this damn heat without power. HURRY UP!
  • @powerstroke304
You know what teams are working where and when, organize that info and put the live list on the putage tracking page
  • @EasyKill7
They sent one text yesterday which said one million back on tomorrow and then today it said be prepared for several days without power. They know exactly how many people don’t have power based on all the smart meters.

Centerpoint is pathetic....their power alert service is pointless....I received 2 PSAs after the hurricane, one telling me my power was out, then 50 minutes later another PSA said my power was restored....only problem was my power was still out.

I want to see how much work gets done by the imported electricians compared to those from Centerpoint. My money is on everyone, outperforming the local guys' hands down.

How convenient the map went down. Bruh, please, u know Center Point purposely put it down to save themselves from looking so bad. Its obvious AF ✌️

WTF the Active Outages # went up from when i checked in the morning! It was at 7k now 10k 🤬🤬
  • @talega1
They are just waiting for Uncle Jose to figure out a solution.....:face-purple-crying:. Meanwhile....just keep paying them.....
  • @ThatgirlPoison
Stay on script. 😢 meanwhile, there are no update messages from our local government! I'm leaving Texas. This Texas government acts like we're still in the 80s. Ridiculous. Worse experience of my life and I have lived in many states. Texas government sucks
  • @bami243
Tell em to hurry the stuff up🤬

People its took 2 weeks for the power to get restored after a hurricane here in SE. Louisiana for me....a lot of others waited for about 4 to 5 weeks. To get restored.....you need a generator and fuel and a window unit ac to be able to live in the midst of it..we had to drive to Mississippi to get fuel for our generator..it kept the ice box on and frezer on during the day and the raido and window unit AC on at nite...... prepare.....

Of course they don't have a outage map. DEI has been running for 6 months.
