Joonah, for the first one, hitting a block increases your momentum slightly making you run faster than you can. This slight moment sustains only when your momentum doesn't decrease or you don't take damage. If you lose your momentum you'll indefinitely lose hunger...

1:00 it works but u have to just sprint and not break your momentum such as hitting a block or smth but also it reduces the amount of hunger you lose while sprint jumping (simply its infinite only if you only sprint)

The food thing only works if u arent stopped by a block or stop jumping/slow down in walking

Minecraft update 24w18a which is one the newer date mojang was messing with crafting tables and messed it up, now you can dupe anything by placing it in the down right corner while crafting and you will take the thing out but it will also stay in the crafting table (put netherite block in that slot to make it into ingots take the ingots out and see;))
