Thanks for the vid. When I first got my Herman Miller chair and sat on it, I realized how much like other chairs it was, and I have been sitting on chairs all my life. However, as time progressed, I have come to really appreciate the seat is so much better over time.

Great choice with the Herman Miller Aeron. I have neck and back issues as well with multiple surgeries. I tried all the top chairs in its class including the Embody. I did buy the neck rest as well, love it!

As an Intermediate spanish learner, I just have this to say. A E I O U. These vowel sounds are LAW. Anything you read or say in spanish must be pronounced with these sounds. If you do that and then find someone's cadence to mimic when speaking, you won't have an accent. I had a spanish teacher who thought I must have spanish speaking parents by following these tips.
