Shooting My Ruger Mini 14 Tactical (BADLY)

This was my first shots at the range with my two Ruger Mini 14 Tactical rifles. I immediately fell in love with the grand action and the traditional stock. Reminded me of my days growing up on the farm as a kid out hunting squirrels and groundhogs with my trusty rifle. Unfortunately the bench footage was a disappointment. First my battery died and then my results were less than desirable. I'm hoping the upgrades I'm making to the rifle change that! Below are the accessories and additions to date that I plan to add.

The Mini-14 and Mini-30 are some of my favorite firearms to shoot. They are just a lot of fun.

Nice video. I have a new model mini thirty. I couldn’t hit anything with the factory peep sights so I put a scope on it. Love the gun!

Please also add the Accuracy Systems Inc. adjustable gas block to dial down the over gassing , Tech Sights , two thumbs up , good folks , I've bought 5 sets for my mini's , lots of fun .

I just wanna say I’ve had the worst time zeroing my mini 14 tactical my original mini 14 was a tac driver! I’ve put a strut on mine ! Put some different HOlo sights on them with 4 inch groups at 100 yards not real promising
