Officials arrest man on suspicion of starting California wildfire

Prison with zero parole - this needs to be a lifetime sentence

Ronnie Dean Stout II, 42, of Chico. Stout has two prior strikes. The first one was a felony conviction for child molestation and this was in Butte County. The second one was a felony conviction for robbery with great bodily injury in Kern County Butte County DA Mike Ramsey said the man was arrested after he was seen pushing a car that was on fire into a gully near the Alligator Hole in upper Bidwell Park shortly before 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Ramsey said the car went down an embankment approximately 60 feet and burned completely, spreading flames that caused the Park Fire.

Instead of arresting and placing him where he gets fed and stays comfy… make him a 24-7 firefighter…🎉

Unreal that someone would do that. This is so so hard on the west coast.

We need to reinstate real penalty for criminals! This is insane. That person might just get a few nights in jail for this. He deserves a harsh punishment!

Seeing as how he likes fire I guess he also likes the heat so build a signal room jail and stick it in the desert dead center so others will have an idea what to expect.
