He didn't say doses for horses, he said it looks like a dose for a horse. People do have bad reactions to vaccines and we should be careful with them and space out doses.

When my Daughter was Born , the pediatrician was all Jolly trying to sign her up to take 3 Vaccines all at once at 6 months old …. We asked if they can spread them apart . Why 3 shots at once ??? The doctor refused that they cannot spread out the vaccines . We found another doctor who was happy to spread them apart ….
