Not only is it time to shift from absorbing the energy of others and transmuting it, I think we don't even need to send out our energy to others anymore. This is a time to focus on self, on our own energy and alignment to Spirit, no one else's, and it is not selfish. It's how we can best serve at this time. At least that's my truth.

I change from being a LightWorker to a LightWalker ☀️

No hesitation whatsoever… I quit. The life I have lead is for the birds. Everybody tells me how nice and sweet and bubbly I am and proceeds to completely take advantage of me and treat me like garbage while telling me they’re treating me very well and, to add insult to injury, while telling me how great of an employee/friend/person/daughter I am! I revoke the soul contract right now. I did not come here to be a punching bag or the butt of a joke or relentlessly systematically abused. If I have to become a complete and total bish in order to make sure my boundaries are strong, so be it. I’m done being a people pleaser. I’m going to be myself and if people don’t like it, too bad. I don’t have the energy to try to be what they want me to be anymore. And it doesn’t even matter because that’s not even good enough even though I’m practically freaking perfect as far as doing what they ask, not trying to be a bother and not getting my needs met and making sure their needs are met. I routinely respond to people I don’t like, laugh at their lame jokes and otherwise compromise my real feelings just so I don’t hurt their feelings. And what do I get in return? They actually think they’re superior to me because they don’t understand that I’m just playing a role and the role I am playing is being an empath that tries to make sure that they are OK because… I mean, I just can’t sleep at night a super narcissistic abusive person feels bad. Not anymore. I am done. Who I am is more than good enough. Quite frankly, it’s FAR better than most people deserve.

I stopped it all when i closed up my thriving massage business years ago Its a process and i feel so much better not taking on other peoples crap! I have my own stuff to deal with.

Suffering is never the divine will. Pure spirit knows nothing but love and would never ask you to sacrifice yourself to “learn a lesson”. We did not choose this painful experience life can be, it’s the consequences of the karmas of our bloodline that we inherited. In the words of Billy Joel “We didn’t start the fire”…

It never ceases to amaze me how beautiful and powerful the Collective Consciousness can be! Literally within the past few days, my ruminations have moved towards acknowledging my mortal exhaustion. I am TIRED of always feeling the pain and confusion of the entire planet. I am TIRED of my incessant instinct to help others, only to be either ignored, rejected, and treated with contempt...or directly sabotaged as a means of showing gratitude for my efforts. Being an active lightworker empath has wounded me severely. It's time for me to unplug and take care of ONLY me. This is now the only way that I can ever be worthwhile and useful to The Collective. I stopped believing in soul contacts. I never would have chosen any of this.

Having been a healer/empath from 1994-2008 when my daughter was born (she was a lifelong guide of mine in spirit beforehand). I found myself absolutely exhausted after the birth of my daughter, I began to see people for who they truly were and seeing their intentions towards me with crystal clarity, I knew instantly where to eat and more importantly where not to eat and every area of my life became clear and I began taking my energy back from where and whom I had previously left it. I consciously made a decision to end my healing work in the way I use work and change how I be a healing force in this world and now you wouldn't believe the amazing way people from all over the world come to my home to experience their healing. ❤❤ thank you for bringing this up! Wow I was thinking the same and very exhausted all the time to transmute these negative energies to light . I like to change this contract by shining my light and spreading and reaching more people to you .

OMG so glad I found this video. I have been saying out loud for a while how I am tired and no longer agree to transmute any more negative energies to light. I have had enough! I am DONE! I am exhausted. They are on their own. Thank you for teaching me how to do this.

I took it for granted that empathy and being empathetic was a good thing. But no longer, at least not radical empaths. I've had one as a roommate for 4 years and have learned that these folks spend more time worrying over other peoples issues and problems than they do in dealing with their own lives. It is not healthy. It seems positive to people who see her helping others on the surface but they don't see how consuming radical empathy is.

Thanks Michelle for your insights on Soul Contracts and current vibrational overload experienced by empaths at this time. As a lawyer, I’d like to add that the change of any contract can be made using a Deed of Variation. Simple and effective. I would like to rename it to a Stardeed of Variation because I like it better. Love and light 🙏🏼

First time on your channel, so I really don't know you at all, but I was attracted to this video for a reason. I am a Pleiadean Star Mother, and it is my teaching that Martyrs and Saints are the scourge of the earth. That being said, I am also the Thrice Great Grandmother, and I AM the Feminine Energy this world has been praying for. Stop FEELING empaths and start thinking. How does taking on someone else's pain help them? It does not. It disempowers them to free themselves of that self-inflicted pain. Let's all start coming from our OWN Power. We teach by example. Just want soul contract with a toxic person annulled. Not good to my soul. Yes I desire that freedom - emotional, personal, financial, etc. to be free to do which is good for me and not be manipulated, (or tried to be manipulated) and be free from draining energy. New sub from South Africa. ❤
