Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano is a member of theocracy which is top down hierarchically which Jesus on top, then the Roman Pope, then Cardinals, then bishops, then priests. He knows that he must obey the boss, just as in the Mafia, otherwise join some other, related religion.

Thanks for this. The Archbishop or anyone for that matter, should not air dirty laundry in public. More importantly in this case because he is a churchman. He should have resolved his issues from within and not taken to social media. Attention though, the Pope never did not authorise gay couple blessings but rather blessing of each gay individual.
