That being said, I really wanna try authentic Kaymak from Türkiye if I could!!!! So curious!!
It’s been a while I had actual honeycombes too and it's reminiscent of a few things for me?! It was very tasty and sweet hehe.

- For the recipe for Kaymak, I watched NellMoRecipe’s channel to make my own! Maybe next time I should try using a pressure cooker instead. It was pretty simple but tasted far different than I expected!
- Also, watching the video makes me crave fire chicken noodles, weird huh? Lately I’ve gotten into fire noodles for some reason… I’ve had them with corn cheese mayo and it’s the bomb! But since I haven’t had them in a while, I am craving them again now!!!
- I’m writing this on a Thursday evening, but this video will go up on Saturday! You reckon I had fire noodles or not 😛 Guess and leave the comment below hehe

Kaymak’s recipe
Ingredients: 1,000g of animal fat fresh cream, 60g of potato starch, 170g of milk, 60g of butter
Recipe: Mix the starch and milk well
2. Put fresh cream, butter and starch milk in a pot
3. Stir over low heat until butter melts
4. If your hands feel stiff after about 15 minutes, spread them out on a wide frying pan and cook/heat it over the lowest heat.
5. If it starts to bubble slightly, continue for another10 minutes and then turn off the heat
6. Cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours
7. Cut it and roll it nicely
