Being from Wales, UK, my favourite cameo had to be ‘Welshpool’ in the Deadpool corps - this was a reference to Ryan Reynolds owning Welsh soccer club Wrexham AFC, which he helped to get promoted in the English soccer league and the docuseries about it

I like how Deadpool was trying to become an Avenger, but denied. Because its going to lead to a crowd pleasing payoff in a future film where he gets officially inducted into the Avengers movie and it would be epic if it was either Cap, Happy, or a resurrected or variant Tony Stark that makes him an official Avenger.

Wesley Snipes Blade popping up caught me off guard, but I was surprised mainly because I actually predicted that scene during the beginning of the movie. I was imagining Deadpool making a reference to Wesley’s Blade since Blade kick-started the Marvel movie franchise. And because Ryan played Hannibal King in Blade: Trinity.
