There used to be a place called Garfunkle's in Piccadilly Circus. They had the very best pasta primavera I've ever eaten. I was in London for two weeks, and probably ate there ten times. Unforgettable!

Just made this. Had my first serving and went back for more. This. This is amazing. I don't have enough adjectives to describe all the flavors you taste with this dish. I'm in the clouds!!! I cook for my father-in-law and his wife twice a month. I'm making this for them. I'll double it so they have leftovers. With a french loaf of buttered bread... hello!!! Thank you, Chef John.
