25th Amendment Section 4: Establishes a process for the vice president and a majority of the principal officers of the executive departments or another body that Congress may designate to declare the president unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office. The vice president then immediately assumes the role of acting president. If the president disputes this declaration, Congress must decide the issue. If two-thirds of both Houses agree that the president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office, the vice president continues as acting president; otherwise, the president resumes office.

I'm for Biden. Maybe he isn't performance on TV isn't so good, but he has proven his ability and I like what he's done. These congresspeople are NOT the voice of the voters. The polls also fail to include people on cell phones. If you don't have a landline, you aren't polled, which is why they are so lousy.
