Would you kindly join me as I rivist the storyline of the Bioshock series? Re-live the storylines of the men, the lighthouses, and the cities that made up one of the greatest gaming franchises of all time. Huge thanks to my buddy Craidan for proofreading the script and giving me very crucial feedback! It’s his fault I pronounced Lutece incorrectly.

God these guys knew how to make such amazing games. Probably my favorite series of all time

The main character of Bioshock 2:Minerva's Den being named, "Subject Sigma" hit me like a freight train.
  • The visual aid in the form of the little caricatures fading in and out does so much for me. 😅 It really does make it a lot easier to follow, instead of just seeing gameplay that may or may not pertain to the piece of the story being told.

I still remember my jaw hitting the floor when I realised the twist in the first game. Incredible world and story.

ryans illusion of choice is kinda paradoxical when you consider how his undoing all sprung from him >choosing< to have an affair which created jack in the first place and with ryan telling his son to kill him is just a parent giving his child an order which if they dont follow through with, then theyd be punished which ryan may have killed jack or used his code word for his own gain and to not prove a point which again would be the parent giving the child orders. ryans own choices clouded his judgement and we see that in his slip into tryanny but this part stuck out. people who have affairs always gets burned and with gorland the powers that be always have a way to infiltrate or dismantle something n thats scary

I was part of the QA team on this game, it was unreal! I even worked with Ken Levine on the AiVo and localization, it was a great experience!

I recently got the collection game for my ps4, and it's been a blast diving into the world of Bioshock for the first time. It's a mix of fun and scary, and I'm loving every minute of it!
  • It's hard to believe this video has been out for a month already. And I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this video to help pass the time at work

Hell yeah dude finally I could understand the story of the bioshock franchise. I understand the story of the first one and the second one, but I couldn't understand the third one
  • @GamrInsanity
Another amazing video! You never seem to disappoint when it comes to lore and stories spanning a timeline or mutliple games.

BioShock is my all-time favorite game series. The way it tells the story of infinite possibilities and timelines makes me love the game even more. The concept of multiple realities embodied through the intertwined fates of Elizabeth and Booker adds layers of depth and complexity that keep me coming back to the series. This narrative brilliance, combined with the rich, atmospheric settings of Rapture and Columbia, truly sets BioShock apart in the gaming world. I really hope they bring this concept back in BioShock 4. The potential for exploring new timelines and realities within the same universe is immense, and it opens the door to endless creative possibilities. I'd love to hear other people's theories on the next game if you would kindly share them with me.

Would love to see a cover of Mortal Kombat's complete timeline, no one else goes into as much detail as you so it would be awesome to have it all compacted into one place
