the indie pop that came out of 2009-2012 will always be unmatched, truly an era.

This song gives me such a feeling of nostalgia, I’m not even joking it’s the theme song of an era in my life. Whenever I hear this it perfectly fits it.

My big brother taught me how to play guitar and immersed me in the world of music. This was one of the songs he showed me about 10 years ago. TDCC has been my favorite band ever since. 6 years ago my brother killed himself, I never hear this song without thinking of my brother. But it doesnt make me sad, listening to this song (and the whole album) feels like getting a hug from a very good, old friend.
