From kitchens deep within Miami Hard Rock Stadium, a culinary staff of 3,000 people are dishing out all the food for Super Bowl LIV. Chefs are flown in from all over the country to help feed 215,000 of football's biggest fans. They're hustling non-stop to cook 10,000 hot dogs and 400 different menu items in just one week leading up to the big game.

  • Crazy how this whole operation will go unnoticed by almost everyone eating it and how much of it will get wasted.
  • @9000yugioh
Crazy how our life’s are completely different 8 months later
  • @DeL-sm8bl
They unsung heroes. These are the people I feel bad for with Covid. Not the multi millionaire owners and players or even the fans. The people that do the real work.
  • @Krimminal311
Can we salute our unsung hero’s here no one thinks about the little things that make the big events happen. They all put there work in for football fans that had to be stressful
  • @codythatcher735
Being flown to miami because you're going to be a professional super bowl dishwasher sounds like quite the icebreaker
  • @MrBeatboxmasta
Am I the only one who felt pain when they kept showing the fried plantains overflow off the counter and onto the floor?
  • @YuJa06
They can actually make good food for 215,000 people, but schools can’t do the same for around 200-900 people?
  • @jamesmoran5662
That one dude in the black was steadily stirring rice he don’t need no gym
  • @JoJo-wb1eb
"The chefs do most of the cooking" "The stadium is the size of a football field" Great commentary captain obvious
  • I've worked in a kitchen for 4 years and our restaurant has a capacity of 100 people. I cannot believe what those 24 hrs are like for these people. Huge respect to them
  • @Cindy-vl7xj

  • @arieboel3846
you know someone is a good executive, when she can lead a team of documentarymakers through the proces while it's D-day for her job

  • @CatcherOfBass
Can’t imagine how much food will be wasted. Whoever works in catering/food industry knows what I’m talking about.
  • @adhamsaywhaa
I'd rather watch these behind the scenes operations than the actual game.
  • Chef D was incredible. I would be taking so much Xanax if I was in her position. She was calm, positive, people oriented and beyond organized. She made the chefs feel seen and cared for, and just has genuine compassion. Thank you to all chefs everywhere- your job is incredibly stressful, but we appreciate your time and effort to bring out amazing dishes to your communities!
