  • Namaskar, The only good thing Doctor told is to eliminate processed and packed food. However I think he forgot to tell about following things. 1) Only moderate Exercise like walking or Aerobic running. 2) Sleep 3) Fasting. Also Dr must not recommend eating night dinner. Dinner should be before 6 pm and no late night snacking.
