I've been experiencing dysphoria for a week and it came so strong that I was afraid of self-harm again because the last time I told my mother about my sexuality she sent me to a religious camp and it was painful for me because if she found out that I I don't feel totally girly she can kick me out of the house and it's painful to reject her and other people who talk about "love" even spreading so much hate...

Just came out as trans (ftm) but I’m still fem and get picked on for it by my family and people at school. What you wear does not make you a certain gender. Wear what makes you comfortable and makes you happy. We will be here for you no matter what 😊

This is the first time in forever that I'm seeing a dysphoria playlist that isn't labeled "transmasc dysphoria" or something along those lines (nothing against anyone who makes those playlist or trans men). Also new sub since this playlist is really awesome!! At this point I'm starting to think that I might be trans(masc) ;-; I think my youtube recommendations were trying to tell me something

Im genderfluid and i feel so disconected and uncomfortable when the subject is my body sometimes, cause i dress girly and am forced to use a swimsuit to do my swimming class, i feel so uncomfortable, i start to tear up also remembering things- this playlist helped me a LOT when needed to calm down 1 hours before the class
