I wouldn’t mind having co-op come back, not to the “you have to be online and have servers and people playing to play the campaign” extent that Chromehounds and AC5 went but missions like ‘Intercept the Redguns’, ‘Destroy the Drive Block’, and ‘Take the Uninhibited Floating City’ really make me want to have a PvE experience where you and your friends fight in big battles. Even something like Frontier Defense from Titanfall 2 could be fun.

Fromsoft did land the campaign, which is the most important thing imo. If they make a sequel, I’ll consider preordering it just cuz the first was so good.

10 years have I waited for AC6, and God damn was it worth the wait.

The final ending feels like a setup for a sequel which I hope for. Coral piloted ACs is a really cool concept They could even use the armored core strat and make the new protagonist fight 621
  • My take on the posture changes is that they should remove the increased damage from stagger And treat them as a way to open up for the attack window

I just reaaaaaally like that we have access to all four weapons at the same time. It looked really silly in 4A when using back weapons. That they did this AND still included the excellent hangar system from AC5, makes me really hopeful for the series onwards.

I think mission rankings have a similar design intention to the debt system. Both systems encourage you to play more strategically, avoid damage, and minimize wasted ammo. But where the debt system could feel punishing to new players and discourage experimentation, working for that S-rank is a goal specifically aimed at invested players wanting to test their optimization.

Id love to see more "strider style" boss fights. Shadow of the colossus type fights mega structures you have to learn to navigate. The mission bring down the xyleme could have been so much cooler
  • @HAZNOLIFE47
i just wanted a remastered version of previous armored core but i don't mind if they add another armored core
  • @Kazrel
Honestly hoping they listen to the community and add Co-op in some way, maybe a horde survival mode with Sherpa resupplies. Fromsoft has been pretty active in addressing community feedback so I have hope.
  • @GAMEFACE183
6:30 totally relevant to the video, but that's some armored drip
  • @31emanual
Maybe this is a dumb idea, but the debt mechanic could be used in a rogueluke campaign that could be offered alongside the main campaign.

I really hope that stabilizers are added to AC6, but not just because of the functions. I just really like antennae, and I wish I could stick one on existing head parts. Horns are cool too.
  • @morepower6800
One thing i love and respect about AC6 is that fromsoftware kept the identity of armored core and yes they added new elements which is needed to enhance it but not on the expense of killing the identity of AC and that's why we are blessed to have fromsoftware in our lives

I think what AC6 should have done is use those supply sherbas as the healing mechanic. Have your heals drop into combat. There could also be a customization factor to them too (how much they heal, how many you get, do they drop on the field or do they directly seek the player) I think the stagger system is actually fine where it is the problem mainly lies in how it’s approached; you won’t find any weapons that do flat damage or more damage outside of stagger based damage if they added some variety to that it would really make the stagger system more integrated into armored core
  • @marcushenry6020
I feel with the coral spreading you get a wide range of factions for new stories. Sentient coral taking over human systems like an invasive species. Coral AC’s, AI, Non-augmented humans, and ranging augmented humans between those who can communicate with coral and those who can’t. Who and what will all of these parties fight for? What does it mean to be sentient?
  • I would like weapon arms, shoulder extensions, dual melee weapons, overweapons, and back weapons that take both slots. Stagger really needs to only cause a momentary stun and no boosted damage. I'd also like a core extension that creates pulse radiation bubble that deals damage over time like J's phase 2.
  • @samnathans2915
From this point onwards, I will be a stan in the comments in your future video. Why? I would also like to know that.
  • @gabrieln8003
I hope they port the previous games to modern platforms
  • @lesslighter
Also the proto-type sekiro stagger mechanic has been incorporated in 5th gen AC so its not exactly "new" new the difference is that its now shared by everyone
