When I search for apartments for sale in Denmark they are 4,000 to 7,000 is that monthly, yearly or forever ownership? Seems the price is low, If I can own an apartment for 6k, then I'm moving in.

Taxes from next year will be increased for any property like houses, summer houses villas, etc, right? Why are you mentioning only apartments

300K € for a 50 sq meters apartment is a rip off and that's basically the average price of the whole area of KBH. This country was already way too expensive, now it's simply unaccessible
