President Museveni,preaching on other ways politicians could hold debates on national issues. Town hall styled debates, presumably on a less busy day like Sunday will suffice. People, in my view. should not use political rallies as a smokescreen to loot,destroy, and vandalise people property. Town hall styled debate should be encouraged.

I think museveni needs to read his 1986 speech on African leaders who overstay in power. He wrote the speach himself. Now he sounds like amin and obote combined. But on the availability of food in Uganda when others in the continent are starving, give him credit coz credit is due
