I'm 76 & everyone says, "Girl, you certainty don't look it". Of course, I respond w/gratitude. One thing I can say for sure, everyone desires to live; so if you live, you will get old. That's what happens when you live--get old! Hallelujah.

'Aging is another word for living'. Yes, Gayle!

What a beautiful conversation. Thank you. Three women I deeply admire. I am 64 years old. I am a single mom to three beautiful children - they are my real true friends. They let me gripe and laugh and cry and love. My true friend outside of my children died recently and I miss her. We did talk about everything and nothing 😉. Happy birthday to come Melinda 🎉.

I was at a dinner party and one of the guest, a good friend of mine in his mid 80's was asked how they felt. And they responded, their mind feels just like they felt in their 20's and I totally agree as someone entering my 40's. I still feel like I did my 20's, but mistakes and life experiences in general have molded into a more rounded individual, but still being designed.
