This is the best beginner SUP video I’ve found on YouTube. I’m a WPA certified instructor and I use this one for anyone not taking a lesson, but who is going out for the first time. There are a lot of how to SUP videos out there that demonstrate glaring errors in what they teach, and often discrepancies between what they say and what they are showing… such as saying don’t stroke past your hip, then they are carrying the stroke to the tail in the demo. This video covers all the essentials for a newby and does so accurately. Thank you so much Isle!!!
