Don't feel bad bro I messed up by getting a single svr D4 and since I'm running a single speaker I cannot wire it down to 1 ohm.. but I made the best of it and she's still bumping.. good video ππΌππΌ

You should wire to half ohm and see what it does with box rise. Another solution would be to buy another amp and run them 1ohm each amp. Sounds good though.

I have the svr 12 d4s on a skar 1500.1 on 1ohm amps under rated they hit hard for the whole setup bieng around 600$

So I recently purchased a Skar RP800.1D amp. Was thinking of getting just one of these speakers with a single box. Should I get the dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm? Any info would be greatly appreciated. π

I heard people say that pushing them at 800 each will make them start to smell as if the coil is burning, Iβm thinking of getting a skar amp with a built in clip meter, should I get the 1500 version?
