Looks good in that car too. I have these on an RP1200 Because I was initially going to use one. But when I realized I accidentally ordered 4 ohm, and couldn't wire it to 1 ohm without a second one, I said screw it and ordered another, and a dual box and returned the single box. (I have the skar box). Now I see what a sin that would've been to get one. Even at 60 percent gain on 1200w, waiting for a bit of electrical issues to be upgraded, these things bang. The lows jump and the kicks bang, but it's a really solid feeling bang there's no give in it at all. Man it feels like this box is to attribute to how hard it bangs. I have 500w on the highs too so I've been getting a bit of dimming when I tried to go too high because I think I may need a new battery. Gonna get an agm and a big 3 and see how it does. Alternator is 130a stock which isn't bad.

I just got my two skar svr 12s D4 in the mail today and I already have the same exact box you got there, I only have a small 800 RMS mono block kicker amp right now but I haven't even put the speakers in yet I plan on getting the skar RP 1500 amp like you have there also and since I got the D4 I will run both of them in parallel negative negative positive positive on both to the amp but my question here is do I need the capacitor? I'm in a Ford Explorer and I heard they already have a pretty big alternator maybe I need a better battery but is it really necessary to get the capacitor? And how are they all holding up your stereo system I see this is a year ago you posted it let me know holla back bro I appreciate it nice car too by the way!

For a single svr 12 the rp 1500.1 will be fine or is to much?not sure if i should go for the rp1200.1 instead...

I'm not using a subsonic filter. Is that a problem? Is this to prevent the subs from super deep tones plowing through them at high volume and maxing them too hard?

You think a SVR 15 would hit lows better than the SVR 12? Or will the 15 just preform better over a 12?

Did you have the door speakers & deck speakers running off headunit?
