Am I Resuming Cancer Treatment? - Postpartum Q & A

Always follow your dreams! Babies are always on my brain. I just finished radiation 2 weeks ago. I finally got a positive ovulation test last weekend! I was soo happy. I was born and raised in Fairbanks in 1977. I was going to adopt embryos. But stage 3b showed up. Grrr. Not stopping my dreams tho.

Such a blessing to be gifted a baby after going through so much with cancer. You are such a strong person. x

What little we have seen of her, she is absolutely precious! And her hair, just adorable!! In my own humble opinion, part of your job as parents is to protect her in life. I had a similar epidural “late in labor” story. I understand the distress and frustration. My daughter is about to be 26 and it still bugs me! LOL She was my one and only, my “one shot wonder,” so I don’t know if things would be different with a second. You know…we just do the best we can with the information we have/had. A childhood friend of mine got breast cancer young, after having a son, and she didn’t get a chance to enjoy him. It’s so nice to see you get that chance. (RIP Angela Chavez May).

Glad you are doing well with motherhood it definitely seems to agree with you! Take it one day at a time and enjoy it though it sounds like you are! It really does go fast. My oldest is finishing his freshman year of college in a few weeks. 😮
