Remember: cardio is working out your heart muscle! It benefits all gym goers because you can be VERY muscular and still die from a heart attack from too much pressure on your heart. You might not see the effects now while young, but you’ll thank yourself when youre older!!

This video will get low views as we all know our fellow gymgoers...

This is perfect for me! I’m going to start walking to college in the morning instead of grabbing the bus. 30 min walk x 5 times per week = a healthy and happy heart. Thanks for reassuring my current plans! 😇

Im a nurse with a heart condition and have been very focussed on cardio. Cardio doesnt have to be running. if you can consistently get your heartrate up around 150-180 for 30 minutes that a good cardio session

Somedays after lifting or on rest days I put on my shoes and go for a run outside. Usually from hour to two hours. Calves have seen growth and it feels great. Thanks for your insight! Keep them vids up bro they are awesome!

Enjoying exercising is 100% the key to reach your fitness goals. This is spot on 👍🏽

This is the clearest explanation on doing cardio as a bodybuilder or someone trying to build muscle, so thanks for that. I tend to wake up a bit late nowadays, so I do my cardio after a session (Aiming to wake up a bit earlier so I can do 30 minutes on the bike, or 10K steps in the morning), but the 150 minute threshold for cardio is super easy to keep in mind!

7 minutes on the stationary bike after each workout was my cardio so far.

30 mins on a fairly steep fast walk treadmill after every workout is working great for me. Throw your favorite tv show on while walking and the time flies by

jump roping by far beats any other form of cardio, it’s fun and you lose way more calories

Could you do a video on accessories like lifting strap, belt and when to use them. Thanks

I'm on my feet at work all day, it can be pretty physical at times also. It's nice to know I can skip the cardio and not feel bad about it. I also walk for fun, but don't enjoy monitoring my time and heart rate while doing it
