When Tony mentioned the Churro. It meant that every message that was sent to Happy was sent to Stark and he listened to every one of them of Spiderman's progress. If you remember in Infinity War Tony really cares about Peter.

It always baffles me that there is always this joke, even by the fans, about Spider-Man being useless if there are no building to web. I don’t understand why Spidey doesn’t act more resourceful with his webbing. Spidey has the power of enhanced jumps. Use the jumps for distant travel and evasion or just jump and web the ground ahead of you and just web zip forward for some speed; I have seen that done in Spider-Man 2 ps2 and ultimate Spider-Man ps2.

When Spider-man tries to stop weapons dealers with alien technology or a boatload or people from sinking, he gets scolded. When he saves Tony's property he's praised.
