Welp that was quick. Western media didn’t report on this because I think they knew how short lived this was going to be
  • Thanks Weeb 🙏. There's not a single update that I miss, I either watch from the tv where I cannot make a comment or a smart phone. Either way, I get all the updates. Thanks brother.

Aug 10, 2024 Update on the conflict in Ukraine for August 11, 2024 - Ukraine’s “offensive” into Kursk, Russia was another example of Kiev’s costly public relations campaigns, this time designed to prove Ukraine can “bring the war to Russian soil;” - In reality, Ukraine expended manpower and equipment it does not have to spare, as well as stretching its already struggling logistical network; - Additional attempts by Ukraine to appear strong as its strategically collapses include alleged special military operations in Africa aimed at undermining Russian security cooperation in the region; - Ukraine’s suggested involvement in military operations in Mali resulting in the death of government troops has resulted in the severing of relations between Mali and Niger with Ukraine; - “Ukrainian” operations worldwide provide cover for what are likely Western activities conducted by proxy against Russia just as it does against Chinese interests around the globe and is doing in Ukraine against Russia, which itself is a proxy war; - The New Atlas

For the first time, in 2 years, some Ukrainian soldiers were able to eat good food after the capture of "So Delicious". Even if they go back to the border with zero gains again. They said that it was worth it.

I was in Italy for Holidays…. Incredibile how many ukrains i saw there and i wonder how can they afford this as refugees and why is the men not fighting?
  • @lMrRedl

The units that have managed to get past the front lines in Kursk what they gonna do for ammunition? if they stop and try to pillage a convoy they destroyed, UAV's and helicopters will be all over them and ammunition isn't infinite, and they have no supply lines... SO yeah they will cause damage but at the end of the day the forces they are dealing with hasn't even been committed to the conflict by Russia. While I can understand Ukraine doing this, they have left the men to the east to die, but they know if the sent additional troops the outcome would be the same anyway, it would just take longer. IDK i just don't understand what the Ukrainians are doing all these little beach heads they keep doing and goes no where and they keep sending troops to try to cling on to them for months on end to a small aera that is relentlessly bombarded which is not what you do in a war of attrition.

If an army can't defend a city like Avdivka, it doesn't matter how much territory they take they will be defeated. Furthermore, nothing has changed since last year. The offensive fell for a lack of air superiority. Last time i checked, nothing changed.
  • Sky News brought out their "expert" Clark (the one who's been wrong about 80% of the time), and even in his own words could not imagine a real objective for this Kursk invasion. It can't be the NPP, that is in Kursk---you know where the Kursk Army Group is; why would you drive directly at the army you are trying to avoid for as long as possible?? Flanking south to relieve Kharkiv? Great idea, but look at the map-----there is no room for a 25K-strong army to maneuver without the Kursk Army Group being able to engage it. Even if AFU could get some credible force past in 4 days, their flanks would be obliterated by the Kursk army. Other than "let's use our new army from the $61B in US aid to cause as much damage as possible before we have to retreat" (which would at least make tactical sense), this is stupidity born of desperation...."
  • Ukrainians with flags in captured Russian villages in the Kursk region don't seem over confident....they surely know what expects them....
  • @erikvynckier4819
The Kursk excursion will lead to a situation where Sumy and Chernihiv will be added to the strategic terrain the Russian Federation requires to pacify to secure its internal safety. Poor decision by Ukraine - president and army. Own goal.
  • @kazioglod
Ukraine is really sacrificng donbass for Kursk, like wtf.
  • @jkjk42898
Ukraine was only able to make these gains in Kursk because of Russia removing mines, Conscripts defending the border and Russian professional soldiers being out of Kursk.
  • Dennys has been listening to eye of the tiger non stop since Ukraine invaded Russia 🤣😆😂
  • @ZappyOh
Sumy is the last twitch of a nation with no future. Sad.
  • @alexz8634
The counteroffensive will smoothly move into a cauldron from which there will be no way out.
  • @DARKSTAR-mn8ee
The zelensky sent his best SF his best tanks and armour to Kursk.. Zelensky..It has Failed 😭💔🤡
  • @Pangora2
Tanks in movies and video games made amateurs and professionals alike assume they are moving fortresses that cannot and should not be destroyed. Gallipoli was a similar situation in WW1. The Admirals and Captains and all those folks dared not risk their glorious battleships in anything other than a grand decisive naval battle. Losing these vessels to MINES and Costal Batteries....on purpose!? Impossible to conceive of! Guderian wrote about AT guns outpacing the development of armor itself before the war even began back then. Assuming tank losses was a known issue. A tank attack can and will fail no matter how good your army is, but you then repair some and then keep going with reserves.

Some people forgot how Operations in KURSK ended in History 😅
