I overthink. All the time. As cliche as it sounds, it is what keeps me up at night. It's sad that what I think are mostly negative things about myself and how I interact with people.

negative thoughts are tough. for me it feels like a dark pool and I have to get out. or swim to the low end where my happy thoughts are. sometimes it takes seconds other times it takes half an hour to an hour. or more. with breaks of good in between.

If you are young and stressed out about life, REMEMBER: - Your time will come and time is on your side, don't rush things. Do what you love and focus on gaining knowledge and experience. You will figure it out as time passes, don't forget to enjoy life and be present with your dearest ones.
  • My negative thoughts honestly mainly came from my family. They would always crush me down when i had a new idea when i shared a dream with them. It destroyed my self-confidence and leaded me to be an overthinking person. It really stresses me out...

I’m sad because I don’t know if there is a place for me in this world. I feel nostalgic for a past I was never apart of. I see my peers doing well and achieving happiness and I wonder why is it that I can’t seem to figure it out? On paper my life should be fine, and yet I’m always miserable I know how self indulgent it is to wallow in my own sadness and I’m aware I’m not the only one feeling this way despite me not ever coming across anyone like this ever which ironically makes me feel more guilty about my sense of anomie and isolation from the world around me.

If you're reading this; I wish you the best life ever! I know you can do this, fight this pain, and have a beautiful reward when you've overcome the pain and sadness. Please try not to overthink, that's one of the reasons why you're getting more sad and sad, if you are overthinking, then try to say to yourself: "I need to stop overthinking. I know i'm not such a bad person. What i'm saying is not true." Because if you have a regret, try to let it go. It's VERY normal to make mistakes, even the masters themselves make mistakes. I believe in you guys! Don't let anxiety, depression or whatever mental illness you have take you over, it's YOUR body, not that from darkness. You can do it! I know you can, whoever is reading this, depression never stays if you fight hard enough! And I know you guys are fighting hard, but keep in mind, sadness, depression or anxiety NEVER stays. It's theoretically not possible. I wish you all the best, good luck with fighting your own mental illness. If you need help, try commenting! I'll try to help you! Or ask your friend for help, make sure they're trustworthy, because some people aren't smart enough for what you're going through. Bye! <3
