    When you talked about sleep paralysis. Mann! I'm relating to you in so many ways bec it's been 4-5 years I guess and I go through sleep paralysis so often that it's been a part of my night time routine (ha. Ha) plus, you mentioned about creating scenarios in your head and even I do the same. I just don't know why, but before going down to bed my surrounding makes me feel like there's someone in the room or there's someone who's watching me. And sometimes, my asshole cat just stares blankly to a particular corner(like making big eyes and staring so spookily) it kills the shit outta me. And then comes the sleep paralysis. It legit lasts for 10-30 most prolly but it makes me feel like, imma die at that moment.
