On the menu, we have sticky pork belly, tea eggs, stuffed chicken wings, pan-fried shrimp, and Taiwanese pork chops. Food has always been my family’s love language, so to celebrate their love, I thought there was no better way to express my appreciation for them than to cook a delicious meal.

There's a saying I've heard my whole life from my mom, "Actions speak louder than words". It can be so true and seeing it between you and your parents and between your parents together make that statement come to fruition and my mom a genius 😊 So glad you had a beautiful surprise for your parents very special day 🎉

The real tip I need is how you keep everything warm and fresh when you’re making multiple dishes at once. I find it so hard to time everything so it’s all fresh and hot at the same time, since there’s limited cooking space and frankly- attention. I’m definitely going to be making the sticky pork belly for a future family gathering 👀👀👀
