I think when Gordon said "not everyone is cut out to be top tier," that was something everybody needs to hear and understand. It's not to say that you shouldn't fight like hell to be the best you can be, but sometimes mediocre is all you are going to achieve. And there's nothing wrong with that, as long as you keep trying to get better. Very few people make it without working very hard to get where they can succeed. And sometimes, you just don't make it. And i think that the modern thinking of "everybody is a winner" that they teach in schools does much more harm than good. Learning at an early age that sometimes you aren't the winner is something everybody needs to know. So you can learn to handle it. Professionally, sometimes i perform way below what i think i should be doing. That's okay, as long as i can take that and try to get better for next time. Failure happens, and it's not the end of the world. Take that loss, try and learn from it, and get on with your life.

Trevor must've been legitimately crying when Gordon was complimenting his Welly. Congratulations Trev! You're an absolute beast when it comes to cooking and baking.

Ramsay is one of those few gems that i think genuinely deserves the respect and admiration he gets. You can't help but enjoy his success.

Whats incredible is Josh was hired to make silly foods for Rhett and Link and now he's sharing meals and interviewing people like Tom Hanks and Gordon Ramsey with a cookbook on its way to the stores. Congratulations to Josh and the Mythical Kitchen crew, what a testament to their true talent

Wow, Chef Ramsay is being really candid in this. It can't be easy talking about his early life, family, and all that so publicly. Only makes me respect him more.

I came back to watch this again because this interview was just amazing. Josh and the whole crew, you hit this out of the park and it’s honestly the best interview I’ve ever seen with Gordon Ramsay. I’ve watched a lot of him being a big fan and man, it feels like you guys really did well on this.

No music, fantastic food, incredibly introspective conversation, and extremely hard-hitting questions. This was a fantastic video, wow. Crazier yet to see this after Gordon’s recent accident around Father’s Day. I’m sure he told death to go f itself that day.
