If this video proves anything it is that you don't just need luck, or talent, or dedication, or time in the game, or connections. You need all of it and even then you might not make it.

Been in the industry for 13 years. Without stacks and major backing, it’s a grind. If you’re a musician, producer, vocalist whatever—keep grinding. Hopefully you will find your sound and get to where you want to be. Don’t be discouraged. This industry is TOUGH.

this video actually proves lots of luck is needed. You didn't blow up even if you have decades of experience and the song and video were high quality too
  • @Matt_Morgan
This really is such an important message for anyone who's into the arts.
  • @j.armand1363
I like how this went from social experiment to an indie coming of age movie with an inspirational message at the end.

"Sometimes you just gotta whip out the eraser tool and have at it." - words of wisdom from Kyle Beats, 2023
  • @Ezra1499
Thankyou for the last minute and thoughts to wrap everything up. I needed to hear that.
  • @dustinthetpot
Thank you very much for this video! As a band we have just started to release our songs and some videos. It's actually quite frustrating to see so few clicks on our content while the work behind it is just huge. But your video has more or less set our expectations straight in this case. Thank you very much for that đŸ˜Šâ€
  • @GoodBoyShep
thank you. For making it real, and not a one hit wonder. As an artist myself some of us need to hear that
  • @gasasmk
Luck is when talent and hard work meets opportunity. It's a bit cliché, but it is what it is.
  • @ce8539
fact is there just isnt room for everyone in an industry like this, you gotta have something that people wanna hear and everyone cant create that. if you cant be a creator and still wanna be in the industry you can try many different avenues to get there. keep going til you're literally unable to any more so you can say you tried your hardest for your whole life and not look back with regret
  • @Korensun
Thank you Kyle. I lately got into production after years of piano and freestyle nonsense just for fun and my friends. This gave me the boost to get at it, as a true Kyleastic myself.. working a full time remote job :)
  • I'm glad you still put this video out even though you didn't get the result you wanted. It shows the real side of content creation and not just the rare instant successes that make everyone think it's so easy
  • @ZeeCapp
Let me just say, post Malone blew up over night with white iverson and is now one of the biggest artist in the world 😂. Stories like that are crazy, and rarely rarely happen. But it’s always something to chase, “maybe this one will be the one that pops off” and if it doesn’t then just keep grinding. Everyone here reading this comment I wish you the best of luck, but never stop putting in that work. You got this and you can succeed 🙏
  • @mclane0209
I love this. Was not expecting that ending when I clicked on this video. Thanks for making this insightful and inspiring video!
  • @RverieRosee
First began watching your vids a few years ago when I started with production... You're still amazing, keep going bro, cheers
  • @ProsperOfficial
Took me 7 years and I finally feel I have been able to create professional sounding songs it really is a journey.
  • @jimbob962
Don't need luck, just lots of money to be able to buy access to people who already have the skills to pull this off. Money is the catalyst.
  • @barejacob8929
its really all about the journey, the people you get to meet, the moments you make something fire and you appreciate your craft even more, the people you learned from. when you can't seem to make any good shit you just appreciate when you make good shit even more. it wouldn't be fun if you could blow up over night
