It's plain on its face. Nichol Kessinger Googled "Shannan Watts" in 2017 BEFORE even she reports meeting Chris. It's on the Verizon Bill. DA Rourke even admits it, which is big if you know the case. We can play games with stories all we want, but when it comes down to it, when we impartially read the discovery, watch/listen to bodycam footage, watch/listen to interviews, view phone data, GPS/Geotab and watch her walk out of that garage..... I mean, c'mon.

It's a shame the DA stopped the CBI investigation after the Watts plea bargain. As part of the plea bargain, Watts should have been made to say out loud under oath what happened in open court. He never gave a statement under oath. He also should have been drug tested using blood and urine. I hope NK's conscience keeps her awake at night.
