You can get more without a machine after you beat the dragon you need to buy end crastals and put it on the north south east west sides of the bedrock

0:03 in bedrock edition you get a dragon egg every single time you kill the enderdragon, 4 ender crystals = 1 dragon egg

The rarest block is half of a bed its meaning of a seed and if you get the seed right you will have to find a village and for that it will also not even spawn

Fun fact: grass blocks are the rarest blocks in minecraft cause when you break grass blocks you get dirt and you can only get it with commands and the dragon is possible to get in the hotbar
