My longtime music buddy -- and former high school distance running prodigy -- Rick Mapel, came over to the Day Cafe for a few days. We jammed and had fun on his 65th (!) birthday, December 29, 2017. Our friend Donna Bytheway came by in the afternoon to jam on percussion, chat about life and make a delicious chopped salad. A fun time was had by all.
