Rich in iron and protein, spirulina is a micro-algae that is several million years old and can be produced and cultivated by anyone, provided that a well-defined protocol is followed.
β΅οΈ On the Nomade des mers, Corentin, Caroline and GuΓ©nolΓ© did not lack nutrients since spirulina was a delicious part of their health routine. Added to meals, smoothies and other preparations, spirulina was grown on the boat with a combination of water, CO2 and photosynthesis produced with the sun and... with the supply of urine, including the nutrients it contains (such as phosphorus), to make the spirulina stronger!
