[Gion Festival] The reaction of foreign tourists is amazing! I'm glad I came to a Japanese festival! Gion Festival (pre-festival) in Kyoto, Japan.

[4k 60fps] The Gion Festival (pre-festival) in Kyoto is one of the major events that color the summer in Japan. This festival has a history of over a thousand years and is one of Japan's representative festivals, held every July. The highlight of the Gion Festival (pre-festival) is the Yamahoko Procession on July 17th, and many tourists visit Kyoto for this day. In particular, for foreign tourists, it is a valuable opportunity to experience the essence of Japanese culture, and their reactions are full of amazement.

In the Yamahoko Procession, which is the center of the Gion Festival pre-festival, gorgeous Yamahoko parades through the streets of Kyoto. These Yamahoko are intricately carved and decorated and have been prepared for months. Foreign tourists are overwhelmed by the beauty and grandeur of these Yamahoko. Many tourists are amazed by the exquisite craftsmanship, which they have never seen before, and exclaim, "This is real Japanese craftsmanship."

In addition, during the Gion Festival, people dressed in traditional costumes walk around the city. In particular, the participation of townspeople and children adds to the overall festive atmosphere of the festival. Foreign tourists are happy to be able to feel Japanese culture by interacting with people dressed in these traditional costumes, taking photos, and walking with them. Many are moved to say, "It's like I've traveled back in time."

In addition, during the Gion Festival, you can enjoy local cuisine and festival gourmet. There are many food stalls lined up, and you can enjoy the taste of common Japanese foods such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba. Foreign tourists try these food stalls and are impressed by how delicious they are. They often exclaim, "I never knew something could be so delicious!"

And at night, the lanterns are lit, making the festival atmosphere even more fantastic. The lanterns attached to the floats shine brightly, beautifully lighting up Kyoto at night. Foreign tourists are fascinated by this fantastical sight, praising its beauty and saying it's like a scene from a movie.
