I don't blame them. I’ve never been this enthusiastic about a movie before. The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be a success. 🏆

They had us in the first half, not gonna lie. It's pretty amazing how this movie went from being almost universally dreaded, (or at most, people were looking forward to seeing how bad it was, to being perhaps the most hyped up movie of the year. A couple trailers, an excellent marketing campaign, and the care and leadership of the property's parent company can certainly do wonders for the public opinion of a film. I have never been so excited for a Wednesday to arrive.

I get why they changed the release date to April 5th. Families have big plans during Easter weekend. And it’s true some of them might not have time to see this movie. But I’m gonna see it right away on that exact date it’s being released!

Two questions. Will Chris Pratt and Charlie Day do the Mario? And will there be an End Credits scene where they play Hotel Mario?

This must mean the film is already complete by now and they are confident enough with the film that they want audiences to see it earlier than it was announced. That should be a good sign

I think it's also to avoid spoilers. In France, it was delayed to April 5 too, but it was supposed to come out on 29th March so I think the goal is to release it at the same time everywhere.

This is going to be great! It’s going to be a thousand times better than the live action movie from the 90s.

I don’t blame illumination and Nintendo for changing it’s release date by 2 days. That just shows how much hype the movie has and how everyone will be ready for it. I know I will. I can’t wait to see it.
