Yeah, there should be hand sanitizer in the stalls if you don't wash your hands before you go in to the stalls AND for certain after using the bathroom. We touch everything with our hands and then proceed to use the rest room and touch ourselves. What was on the hands is now on the body where it's nice, warm, and moist...conducive for things to grow. I've been doing this since micro class in college. We all should wash or sanitize prior to using the restroom.
