You are so awesome thank you so much for your review!
  • Thanks for sharing your experience. I too have been in your situation and apart from taking an antidepressant, I've changed my lifestyle completely, I eat really healthy, exercise and completely avoid alcohol even socially, just avoid it completely, and avoid sugar! . All this together WILL. CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE! Your depression usually hits hardest when your body is in a weak state. People quickly run to their Psychiatrist when they are feeling low. Try the whole lifestyle change and see how you start feeling before you up the dose of wellbutrin. I promise you, you'ee be better. From what you say, you're in better position, your depression is not as bad, this is a great time to try combating it naturally alongside the medication. At least start researching and study everything that you eat, maybe get a healthy meal plan delivery service for a while and see if things change. I can't stress it enough how this has changed my life, I was in a really bad place, the situation that happened to you in the restaurant would happen to me all the time because depression fogs your head, you can't think straight or even talk right which then causes you to have anxiety and start thinking, am I losing my mind!!? hahah. It's horrible as you know. Anyway, hope you feel better!

Glad to hear it’s helping you. It saved me from some dark times with anxiety, to the point where I was throwing up many mornings and having cold sweats nearly every night. I’ve taken it for nearly 2 years now & its helped me so much. Recently I developed atrial fibrillation (heart arrhythmia) at 31 and I’m weaning off as it could be a cause of heart issues. Also because of some of the small things you mentioned (like brain fog & some occasional dizziness for me). But regarding the heart, just something to look out for over time while taking it
  • I’m on day 1 and I’ve always been scared to get on meds, I really appreciate you sharing your experience!
  • Welbutrin saved my life, too! I had a new doc recommend it because nothing else worked for me. (My mom took it to quit smoking, and it made her rage.) I had zero hope it would work. Instantly felt a positive change, becareful, though. I stopped taking it twice and realized how serious my depression was. I was suicidal, as soon as I took it, that severe depression went away. I would not be on this planet if I didn't have welbutrin. Ps. I was suicidal before just forgot how bad it was.

You are describing my experience with Wellbutrin as well. I’ve been on other meds and this is working the best for me. Have been on it for a few years now.

They looked forward to that wellbutrin with joy, but without haste, not pining for it, but seeming to have a foretaste of it in their hearts, of which they talked to one another. But when they looked at me with their sweet eyes full of love, when I felt that in their presence my heart, too, became as innocent and just as theirs, the feeling of the fullness of life took my breath away, and I worshipped them in silence. Their children were the children of all, for they all made up one family.

I felt great on Wellbutrin.. very outgoing and I was go go go but my heart rate went over 100 and I couldn’t sleep! Then my pain med didn’t work so had to stop! I might try again now I’m not in so much need for a pain med

Great review keep us knowing what's going on 👍
  • So glad to hear your experience! Hope that mine is positive too, I'm on day one. Did your appetite change?
  • @MisterCritch
I’m the same as far as waking up goes.. when I was depressed.. I didn’t even want to wake up .. didn’t want to get out of bed.. but I wake up now excited & ready to attack the day more. I was just bumped up to 300 milligrams a few days ago too.. so I’m hoping it will continue. My main worry now is that it’ll stop working.

Hi👋🏽 I have severe, clinical depression. I've been struggling with it for almost 20 years, since I was 14. I've taken almost every SSRI and SNRI anti-depressant and they would work for a very short time. Has Wellbutrin helped your depression and restored your willpower? I have no will and energy for anything. I am currently taking Paxil 30mg for five days. After how long did you notice the first positive changes? Thank you
  • Hey I changed the meds cause of fatigue and ADHD . From Escitalopram to Welbutrin. The Change Symptomes are: Dizzyness OMG i feel DRUNK😅😅 Heart extrasystole And nausea But I want to keep going because I have a Good feeling with this medicine. Maybe Someone has a similar experience and can Write me some Kind words😂😂❤❤
  • i have the memory issue also. actually dont know if it's just that you have transion from things without being stuck on thoughts too much or just problem with memory. i prefer to be happy than depresse with better memory
  • @emmaelson6770
I took Wellbutrin. It took forever to kick in. When it did wow it worked great. Then it suddenly stopped working. I think that might have been because I got fired from the job that I loved
  • @behealthy9398
Thank you well done. My memory has gotten progressively worse lately. Been on Wellbutrin about two and a half weeks.
  • I feel this! I am in a similar position. Difficulty communicating/memory issues has been a weird side effect for me. I have also heard of a temporary feeling of apathy or numbness. So I'm on the lookout for that in myself. It's hard, when you're in it, to remember that these adjustments take time. Nice to hear other people's experiences, though. Also, for anyone going through the first couple weeks, I, for one, felt terrible and super anxious, but it did get better around the four-week mark.
