Even I use my s1 for road trips and I must say never faced any issue in middle, not even for service. I have driven over 30,000km in 1 year and in a year only once it went for service😎

No ola owner would such a positive review after using 1 year or more i have given for service in service literally they are changing good parts with other they have changed the seat of my and not willing to replace from two months

Ola ev March 12 was the delivery date when I ordered ola guys done the fake advertisement and didn't provide the scooter on that day which is meant to be delivered and not giving any clue how much time it will take I booked on 28th of feb and still haven't received any update.

i agree with your statement as i am also facing issues due to bad quality of items used in this vehicle, the under seat lock gets glitch every 2nd day and i have to get it repaired in the service centre, despite my same issue again and again they are not changing that malfunctioning lock. The rim of the back tyre is also faulty the air is continuously leaking from there but not getting any support from the service centre to look into my issue seriously and resolve it in one go. i won’t recommend ola to any one, many better options are available plz go for those
