ok someone on tiktok put me on to this skincare routine and it changed my life. like i have no reason to lie, my skin was ROUGH before. it’s dr bronner’s pure castile soap (i use peppermint) (you can buy a small bottle to try it). i use a pore scrubbing face brush and wash my face once a day usually in the shower. and then cerave pm cream. i use the pm one night/day and it agrees so well w my skin, my skin had never looked consistently better and as healthy as it does now. * you’ll also wanna add spf of your choice + a vitamin c serum if you want extra glow✨ extra tip: keep moisture on your face when you apply moisturizer, especially hyaluranic acid based ! i never dry my face all the way before moisturizing.
