Petaluma, CA: Brian gets some chiropractic care to line up his low back, which may be affecting his knee pain. The twist in his pelvis, and the stresses from sitting a lot for work has taken a toll on his hips and knees.

As you see in the video, his right hip flexors are very restricted. We think the restriction is guarding some hip joint scar tissue or degeneration. Adjusting his upper lumbar spine with an activator is just enough to reflexively inhibit his hip flexors. Both knees got adjusted too, and it helped set him straight.
