Isometric Kickball Exercises for neck pain and posture (Part one)

This is an exercise technique I've been teaching my patients for almost 20 years. This version of it is a safer exercise, and is more appropriate for acute pain. It's isometric, meaning, nothing moves. But when you press against the rubber of the kickball, your muscles will engage in response, and it's a great way to see what your injured muscles are able to handle.

This exercise should be done under the supervision of a chiropractic physician trained in whiplash recovery. This video was filmed in my chiropractic clinic at:
