    For those in hurry 1. Start with simple Stretches in the morning 2. Sip warm water 3. Meditate 4. Eat Dry fruits and Nuts 5. Go for a walk for at least 20 mins 6. Relax 7. Eat a Heart Healthy breakfast ( 1-2 table spoons of flaxseed) Avoid Taking the bath and rushing in the morning. Thank me later 🙏❤
