Neil Ross, Steve Blum & Willem Dafoe. The first 2 nailed the insanity pretty well and Willem Dafoe got the eerieness.

Defoe nailed it. In the first Spider-Man film when he had the convo with Spidey on the rooftop, he really captured The Goblins creepiness. When I read the Goblin, I hear DeFoe's voice.

Gonna have to say Steve Blum. (I grew up with Spectacular Spider-Man, so nostalgia.)

1. Steve Blum: Always Sinister, deceptive one of the performances that sold me on Steven 2. Williem Dafoe: Wiliam will always be an iconic goblin, he's been wanting this role and u can he's have a blast with it. 3. Neil Ross: Similar to William with swining but it still managed to touch a nerve with me 4. Nolan North: For a lego game I was surprised how good a green goblin we got , it just shows Nolan North is really talented.

Both Dafoe and Blum's voices fit the Goblin so perfectly.

For the regular Green Goblin my votes go to Steve Blum, Nolan North & Neil Ross. Jim Cummings as Goblin Noir is pretty awesome as well.

Willem Dafoe's voice was perfect that I can easily imagine the comic version of him speaking in that same voice & laughing that same laugh. Steve Blum is my other favorite. Neil Ross is 2nd place.

Dane is severely underrated as an actor. He fit the goblin role in a different way than producers expected and it went very well into Andrew Garfield’s storyline. His performance in Chronicals was also incredibly underrated. One of the best acting I’ve ever seen in movies and he gets no credit for it

In comics I always found Steve Blum fitting the voice well. For Norman Osborn I imagine the voice similar to the voice actor who was reverse flash in flashpoint paradox.

Dafoe. Still love Dafoe as the Goblin. Always here his voice when I read the comics. Then.... Quark. Giving it to Quark. Then... Roger Jackson.
